We had a very positive experience with Ken’s Heating and Air. I contacted them on a Sunday night, thinking I would just leave a message. They answered the phone and we discussed our situation. They arrived the next morning and diagnosed our problem and we decided to do a full replacement of our two units. They then sent a detailed quote shortly thereafter. The pricing was fair and overall the best option for us over the four companies we looked at. The installation was very smooth and we are very happy we chose them.

Excellent service! Had trouble with my system. They came promptly and fixed everything... More than what I even asked for. I am so impressed with their service that I asked to sign a contract with them for ongoing maintenance with my entire HVAC system.
