Bethany Medical at North Wilkesboro provides exceptional care to its patients. The staff and doctors are caring, professional, and down-to-earth, always willing to listen and go the extra mile to help. Patients feel at ease sharing their medical concerns, and the doctors take the time to understand their needs. The medical center has earned high recommendations from its patients, who appreciate the love and care they receive. Dr. Raye Lynn, a caring and kindhearted person, does everything she can to help patients, even giving them chances to get themselves straight. The new doctors and the remaining doctor who had been on leave when Dr. Raye Lynn left, however, have been treating patients badly, even throwing them out of the medical clinic with no way to get their necessary medication and follow-up care. The doctors and staff here go above and beyond to help patients as long as they are honest, and they listen to patients and treat them like real people. Melissa Scercy and Dr. Ringley, as well as Dr. Kourtney, have provided amazing experiences for patients, with Melissa being caring and helping patients in need, and Dr. Ringley making patients feel comfortable and explaining their medication in detail.

Very pleased with Sandra Marshall. She takes the time to go over all my issues and my meds. Feel like I'm not just a number. No problems with getting referrals for heath concerns she doesn't treat. I never have a long wait for appointment either. All in all I am pleased with Bethany Medical Center in North wilkesboro.
I guess maybe I’m a little old-school And prefer to see an MD, but Dr. Charles Gainor, MD was certainly a good choice for me him and I are simply a perfect fit together we communicate well he understands me. I understand him. It’s pretty crystal clear with the treatment plan is and the ongoing continuity of care and my opinion is outstanding. I was very impressed and would recommend this practice to anyone especially Dr. Gainor himself you don’t need a referral and with an appointment you can usually be seen within a week or two and you’ll simply follow up every 30 days.
