Kenny was great. The inspection very thorough. Kenny's inspection was the blueprint for my condo remodel. Now that everything is done, I can say that there were no surprises. Kenny found all of the issues I had to address. He took the time to not only discuss what should be done, but he also spent additional time answering my many questions as a first-time beach property homeowner.
Kenny is the best! He is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and respectful. He cares about quality work and he is someone you can rely on. I was out of town when I had Kenny inspect my new construction home, he FaceTime me and made me feel that I didn’t miss anything. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
Kenny was super easy to work with, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He was punctual, and provided a quick turn around time. The report was easy to read/follow and he provided great detail of his findings beforehand. I would definitely recommend Kenny’s Home Inspections!
