You do get what you pay for & we are somewhat satisfied with the living conditions for an affordable rent compared to $1k/up. Landlord always tentative to our emails & requests. Never had bad communications with the landlord. The carpets are old, but we bought a deep vacuum cleaner to help freshen things up.“
