Fantasic service. I had a pair of saftey shoes that I needed a wedge sole replacement, they came out perfect. I also took a pair of heritage Red Wing boots for thier first resole. Although not designed for a wedge sole I wanted to give it a try. I was advised they may look off due to the design of the boot, however we talked through the options together and he made it work. I will be using this shop for all my shoes & boots from now on. Very happy to have found a local spot that does very high quality work.
So many good things I could say about this place, but the pictures speak for themselves. I brought them in with much damage on the leather, the souls were completely worn down on both and the heel was missing on the alligator! What an amazing transformation on my Tony llamas! I’m no longer taking my shoes anywhere in Charlotte. This is the only place I’m going.
My mother and I took two pairs of sandals to Fine Shoe Repair for alterations each pair needed the straps cut and reattached. Jorge promised they would be completed in a week or so. I was totally surprised to receive a text the next day that her shoes were ready for pick up. Jorge was very professional, friendly, caring, and did an excellent job. His pricing was reasonable, too. We would definitely return to his shop for our future needs.
