Our real estate team recommended Jay for our beach house remodel. Though our house is small in square feet (1100) we asked Jay to do a lot: completely new deck, add a bathroom, change our covered porch into a new master bedroom, change walls around and nearly reconfigure the entire house. He has been very good at communicating with us long distance, as we are seven hours from the property. He has been working to help us stay within in our budget as well.
