“I have used Coastal twice in 17 years, the second time we had a few concerns that they corrected on the spot. the main reason for this review is to point out how great they were at correcting an issue 2 years after they installed a fence. We noticed a few poles that were leaning, not warping but leaning. Come to find out the concrete didnt set right in s couple of poles. The owner came out and inspected and he found 6 poles that had the same issue, It wasnt a installation error the concrete just didnt set right, he had a guy out here within a couple hours fixed on the spot. The customer service was amazing thank you Tony and Gary for taking care of this issue.”
