BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Please research this seller before buying. They have an F rating with Better Business Bureau. Many complaints about not getting items when told and the sales people only want your money and provide no customer service or follow up to orders. We are now 10 weeks in to what was suppose to be a 4 to 6 week turn around for 5 beds. They now have 20k of our money and we still do not have a ship date despite our business now losing money because of their untruthfulness. Please do your research!

My story is the same as all the others!! I paid them, and of course haven't received ANYTHING, no shipping date. I called 4x and ONE SINGLE TIME I spoke with an individual that said "Oh, there was a glitch in the system and now your item should be there in 3 days".That was a LIE, and I've never gotten another PERSON on the phone.so I left a bad review on their website, of course it had to be "reviewed before it would post. That sparked an email reply from A NO REPLY email address that said" if you paid then your item has shipped" I still have not gotten a thing. I'm contacting BBB, and my bank. I might call an attorney and sue them for fraudulent business practice. ITS SAD THAT THESE IDIOTS ARE JUST HAPPY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE EVERYWHERE!!Clearly they should have criminal charges pressed against them. I believe l will file a police report.

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered a tanning bed through their website at the end of May. Have been given four new dates for various reasons. This company is scamming you out of a product in hopes that you cancel your order so they can steal 20% of your order costs from you. Now dealing with my credit card company in hopes of getting all of my money back. Between here, fb and the BBB, they are in tract for tons of lawsuits.
