I want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Anthony Abernathy at Weller Kennels. It was a big decision of where to send our babies for gun dog/ duck hunting training and we definitely made the best decision!
I was super nervous about the whole experience going into it, but the very first time we met Anthony, I knew they were going to be just fine and in the best hands.
Through our monthly trips there (we are from Maryland!) to check in on their progress, it was evident that these dogs love Anthony and he created such a strong bond with them from day one. My husband and and I dropped off our lab puppy for training. We could see the transformation in her ability to listen and follow commands. I'm glad we took Ivy to Weller Kennels.
They had our big girl trained in just 4 weeks. As long as you continue a routine with your fur baby after you bring them home, you'll have no issue at all! My pit/ boxer/ bull mastiff mix is an angel (for the most part; she's still a baby!) thanks to our friends at Weller!
