I highly recommend Ashley Rouse for your hair needs! I’ve tried multiple salons and hairdressers in New Bern and have left in tears more than once due to toning going wrong and too much length being chopped off. So much so, that I’ve been afraid to get my hair done for years. Ashley spent several hours making sure my long and dark hair turned out how I wanted; questioning exactly what I wanted and being meticulous with the coloring, toning, and styling process. Jessica is amazing at her profession. This was my first time having any type of permanent makeup, and she exceeded my expectations on my brows. I loved it so much I booked to have my lips done as well. Her suite is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend her services.
