1st and foremost, Josh is amazing.....I used some ceramic car wash (incorrectly) on my brand new 2022 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. It left streaks and stains all over the paint....Every inch of the car was a total mess, it was impossible for me to undo or fix this unfortunate issue....After reading reviews of this product several people had the same MAJOR issue as I did....Needless to say, I was beyond freaking out! I started searching for detail places in my area and called several.....Josh was by far the most friendly, professional, reassuring and just plain nice. I set up an appointment for Sunday at 9AM for him to look at the car and work whatever magic he could for me.....After a sleepless night of stressing that I just destroyed my brand new cars paint, I called Josh early that morning and told him I didn't feel comfortable leaving this GARBAGE all over my car until Sunday fearing it would do more damage to my paint. Josh was beyond sympathetic and rearranged his schedule to fit me in as soon as I got off work to put my mind at ease. Josh's shop is awesome, clean, and organized. He spent about 3 hours polishing every inch of my car with precision. The car looked better than it did in the showroom.....His attention to detail is ridiculous. A master at what he does at a reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. He will be highly recommended to everyone and anyone. I look forward to doing much more business with him. Radiant Detail And Coatings is where your car needs to go....Trust me..... Easy 5 stars......Would give him 10 if I could.
