Everything was right on time, which I really appreciated. One thing that truly stood out to me was that they called me an hour before my puppies were finished so I had time to head over without feeling rushed. Most grooming salons call once your dogs are already done and expect you to rush there immediately. This was such a thoughtful and considerate touch!
