Paws-N-Claws is far and away the best groomer we have ever used. They truly care for our dog and provide an incredibly high level of customer service. The entire staff is wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about Paws-N-Claws in New Bern!

New to the area and needed to find somewhere to get our 90 lbs rescue pit mix nails trimmed. He’s a big baby but the girls were awesome with him. She didn’t have any issues and I can’t even bring the clippers or dremel out without him hiding. They were quick and polite! We’ll definitely be back.

Great staff! Service with a smile but more importantly ,they take care of my Chi! He wont even let me cut his nails ,but hes calm for them! Thank you so much! Definitely coming back!
