We looked into several custom builders and chose Liberty due to model, price and reviews. We had the house built while continuing to live several states away. Erin Kassay was very responsive by phone and email plus Liberty uses an app called Buildertrend which is a log of daily updates including pictures and videos. This was very helpful given we were out of state. We wanted one of Liberty's floor plans to be altered to our desires and she did so to our satisfaction. I have to say that I have seen a few of their homes and they’re immaculate. From an underlit quartz countertop, a brick inlay to driveways and patios, to foe beams that are stained to perfection! If and when I but a home, it will be a Liberty Home! Definitely interested in what they have to offer.
We are very happy with our Liberty home in Carolina Colours. Erin was always responsive during the building process and remains responsive over two years later. She recently remedied a small issue in our home well past our final inspection. Our site manager, Kevin, treated the house as if he was managing the process for his own home. The quality of the hoime is exceptional. The vendors Erin uses are friendly, helpful and the products were competitively priced. We have been happy to let Erin show our home to prospective buyers. I think we have met with a half dozen clients. They are always impressed.
