Mr Judd Price did an outstanding job for us in our search for a home in the New Bern area of NC. He provided daily postings of homes that fell into our parameters. He then guided us step by step through the process which also included recommendations for things we should do. He also set up all of our inspections and arranged for the appraisal and the survey to be done. He kept in constant contact with the seller’s realtor and kept us informed of anything that was happening. My wife and I are extremely grateful for all of Mr Judd’s hard work and dedication. Judd Price recently sold a house for me, & did an excellent job, not only on finding the right full-price buyer, but in keeping me informed along the way. There were some glitches along the way because of the incompetence of the buyer's lender, but Mr. Price was always on top of everything, guiding the other parties to the conclusion of the sale. I've been a real estate investor over 40 years, so know that when you get an excellent broker like Judd Price it literally pays to continue doing business with him. I would not consider anyone else representing me in the future.
