I went in for a BIG chop today and Shae did AMAZING and was so reassuring. She did exactly what I wanted, and it was such a flawless haircut. Literally one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, and especially with it being such a dramatic change!

Makenzy is the BEST! I cannot say enough good things about Makenzy at Embryn Color Bar in New Bern. I have been completely gray for many years and spent a fortune at high end salons trying to find someone who truly understood how to properly work with gray and white hair. After years of disappointment, I eventually gave up and started coloring it myself, which turned into a mess of white, gray, brassy yellow, orange, red, and even green tones.
What Makenzy did with my hair honestly felt like artistry. She took all of those uneven colors and transformed them into one beautiful, soft, natural shade while perfectly blending the white and gray throughout my hair....read full review
