Awesome response time. We called them at 8am, they arrived by 10am and had our furnace up and running by 11am. We were a new, first time customer and now a committed satisfied customer. Great Job Dixon! Great service!

We have had to have both our upstairs and downstairs units replaced within the last 2 months. Each time the work was done professionally by John and Carey. They worked extremely hard the entire time they were here. They cleaned up the old units and left everything in great order. We are very satisfied with the work that was done.Service: Install AC

Highly, highly recommend. Dixon did a fantastic job installing a new HVAC system for my fiancée's and I and were less expensive and offered a better brand of product in my opinion. The office staff were very courteous and helpful. We originally were quoted for a non-high-efficiency system and requested another quote for a high-efficiency system as well. They were happy to come out again and give us another quote, as well as include a quote for some additional ducts we wanted in our sunroom. My installers were Kerry and John. On the day of install, they showed up promptly at the time they said they would, were very professional throughout the install, and left zero mess....read full review
