I was a new patient and had an easy experience booking the appointment. Upon arrival, all staff were friendly and efficient. I was seen immediately and PA Lauren did an excellent job checking my skin, answering questions, and offering her expertise.

Not crazy about having to travel to New Bern instead of Kinston for a procedure, making my drive over an hour. Happy to report everything else was stellar. Clean, modern, wide open space, easy to find, it's own dedicated safe parking lot, friendly personnel, ran on time, in and out in about 30 minutes. Dr. Scott McClellan is my doctor. The only time I see him is for excisions. He is friendly enough. The rest of the visits I see a PA. Thankfully I am able to get the stitches out in Kinston. Easily scheduled a convenient follow up appointment before leaving. Bandage came off within 4 hours. So much for waiting 24 hours. Hubby reapplied.

Was a beautiful office. Didnt have to waite long even though they were very busy an my doc was amazing. She explained everything to me. I had to three other doca an taken six meds none were right she had me cleared up in a week. Great place.
