Miss Lauren Cowell is hands down the best Dermatoligist. I suffered in silence for over 16 years. I have seen over nine providers spanning from Goldsboro, Greenville, Jacksonville to Wilmington and New Bern. Miss Cowell is the best around. She cares, listens and helps patients get the correct diagnosis and proper treatment. Miss Cowell also mastered the stouborn insurance red tape. She simply finds a way and gets it done...done right (DR). Miss Lauren is a blessing thank you to you and your dedicated staff :) I am grateful for your service to our community. Thank you kindly :)

This dermatology facility and its staff are in fact very professional. However my ongoing complaint is that you can never get through to anyone on the phone when needing to schedule an appointment or even return their own phone calls. Yeah I know this type of thing is passed off as to help their patients, I call BS it is more in line with not wanting to invest in people to actually answer and direct phone calls. A money saving venture that has people finally getting tired of waiting make contact and in final frustration having to drive into town just to find out what they are trying to contact you about. I had my skin cancer check up. They have always been professional and through. I'm a longtime patient dealing with skin cancer for many years. I moved away but returned here after moving back to the area.
