First impression walking in the sun filled, meticulously clean front entrance was a big welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful. As I was moved to exam area I was struck by the cheerful, well designed tidiness of the entire office and exam area. The nurse went over my history and did some testing. Dr Baxter came in looking dapper and we chatted about the old and new NewBern. He tested my eyes for everything. BEST eye doctor I've met in 83 years. I'm here to stay.
