Update....My 20 year old AC/Heat Pump finally crapped out on Saturday Am.. Called & requested Dale to come inspect it (he was there within an hour) and indeed the compressor burned-up. Got a quote for an entire NEW system of AC/Heat pump and air handler. He was able to start and complete install Monday Am, just in time for the 25 degree overnight temp. The house was nice and "toasty" all night into the am. The price was less than we paid for a previous home 20 years ago. Dale and his employees were professional and courteous the entire time.
