My experience with Cotten Funeral Home in New Bern was absolutely the best I could ask for. I called a few funeral homes in New Bern, but chose Cotten's because of their Google reviews & photos, and also they really seemed to know their stuff! Mr. Walter gave me all the details I needed and was always kind when I called back to get a better understanding of what we discussed regarding the cremation process. The day of my father's viewing Mr. Walter was out of the office, but he left everything in Ms. Jennifer's care. She is absolutely amazing! She was very detailed -oriented, informative, and accommodating. Her personality is one that really lightens the heaviness of losing a loved one. My dad looked great.
