These people are so wonderful! I had transportation to get me to a 5:30pm appointment that didn't show up. Rachael from the dental office called and came to my house to get me so I didn't suffer a 2 week setback in treatment! This is what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service and kindness! Thank you so much and Dr. Miller is pretty special himself! Great staff in New Bern!
This place is very very busy. If you're getting any kind of important dental work done just know the process may take a long time. Communication with the front desk ladies is always hit and miss which is why I'm deducting a star. They're so busy they are often a little grouchy and seemingly unorganized but they're doing a service most dental offices wouldn't want to do. Servicing the lower class and Medicaid recipients is no easy task so I'll let most of it slide. However, the dental assistant and the dentist Dr. Miller are some of the most kind-hearted and knowledgeable dentist I have ever had. Doctors all well however a few of the front desk ladies and one of the dental technicians have horrible attitudes and this positions which makes me that want to go back. I dread my appointments there until I can find someone else.
