Dr. Kaufman has been an angel to our family. She has the best bedside manner. My son is comfortable with her care. She is thorough, considerate, compassionate and embodies every characteristic of an amazing health care provider. She takes an individual approach to patient care and never makes you feel rushed during her visits. The entire staff has been amazing and we cannot thank you enough for everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your support to myself and my entire family through the diagnosis of my sons autoimmune diseases and the amazing care your staff provides!

Most of the staff are great, Great doctors! Kimberly houtman at the front desk always has an attitude, but she can keep being ugly. It doesn't effect us none. Our doctor is wonderful, I'm always able to get an appointment quickly, and weekend triage care has helped us out numerous times. Besides the front desk receptionist being ugly to me and my family every time we come in or call, it's 5 stars, wonderful care and service. (:

We love Dr. Riley and Carolina east pediatrics! She always takes her time and listens to our concerns, and notices things we didn’t even realize to help our son stay healthy! Also so thankful for weekend hours for acute illnesses! The staff and nurses have all been kind and friendly as well, could not be more grateful to have this resource in town!
