I have nothing but positive things to say about Carolina Foundation Repairs. From my first interaction with the office personnel, to Sean's inspection, to the crew performing the job, I was pleased with their work and communication. I thank Sean for not demanding that my entire encapsulation be redone at great expense as another company did at their inspection. Instead, Sean made a plan to improve the existing encapsulation, provide a better entry into the crawlspace, install flood vents to comply with insurance regulations, and do what was necessary to support the existing framework in the crawlspace. Foundation settling can be so scary — that’s why it’s so important to be in good hands. I highly recommend this company! Sean and his team are professional, friendly, and approachable, with great communication from start to finish. They were very thorough and knowledgeable during the inspection and took the time to answer all of my questions (and trust me, I had a million! 😂).

They did excellent work on our property, and we’re very satisfied with the results. They’re efficient, detail-oriented, and truly care about their clients. 10 out of 10 — I would absolutely use them again and recommend Sean and his company to anyone!

Called them due to some issues under my home. The man who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. I don't know what kind of work they do as far as quality goes but if the phone conversation is any kind of indicator then I'd say they most likely do a great job.
