“I feel that Mazda of New Bern represents the best practices around in auto sales. I’ve bought a bunch of cars in my lifetime, all at various dealerships in NC with various brands of automobiles, and none of them holds a candle to Mazda of New Bern for quality of service and quality and value of available vehicles. I had been researching cars for over a year when I saw exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price online at Mazda of New Bern. I contacted them, and even though they would ordinarily be closed, the whole team came in to work on Christmas Eve just to meet me! Lauren was especially helpful. She didn’t rush me, and took the time to teach me all about the new vehicle’s features, with which I had basically no experience, and answered all my questions very well. Then she guided me through all the paperwork that she had prepared for me before I got there, again answering any questions I had as we went along. She did show me the various warranty options available to me, but she didn’t try to push me into anything, which is new and wonderful in my experience. (Lauren has since stayed in touch with me to make sure I am having the best experience with my new car.) By the time I drove off in my new Mazda I felt like a member of the whole team’s family, and couldn’t believe how fortunate I was to have such a great car.
