Two lamps had to be installed in our home. The lamps were 25 years old and although the wiring looked good, they did not match today's arc-flash standards and would trip the circuit breaker. Josh took both back to the shop and while rewiring them found an issue with the ground wire which was corrected. Both were brought back, installed and are working great.
We were struggling with a solar/PV-battery system that was configured wrong, resulting in a near-total loss of voltage in the battery and a shutdown of the PV system. I called at 8:00am about a wall switch throwing the circuit breaker. A very pleasant and responsive person answered and said Josh could come that same day between 10 and 11:00. He arrived promptly at 10:00, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired by 11:00am. Everyone was kind, informative, clearly knowledgeable and amazingly responsive. Great work and great service.
