I purchased a hot tub from Big Kahuna Pools & Spas about 2.5 years ago. I wanted a quality tub, which they offered through their Hydropool line. Unfortunately, the tub had some issues and required repairs. Big Kahuna stood behind their product and attempted to fix the tub several times. Their customer service was good, and they genuinely tried to resolve the issues. After 2.5 years, it was determined that replacing the tub through the manufacturer was the best course of action. Love our pool from Big Kahuna! They put in a fiberglass insert while our forever home was being built at the same time. They were great to work with and well-coordinated with our builder. We have found them to be very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. While we are learning the ropes, they have sent us a wonderful Tech named Mitch to help us care for the pool since we are still getting settled in. He is a perfectionist when it comes to balancing the chemicals, cleaning, and making our pool sparkle. You can't ask for a better pool tech. Thank you, Big Kahuna Team for all you have done.
