If anyone is looking for a dental practice, I don't recommend going to Bear Town Dental. Dr. Hand was our dentist for many years. He retired, I think, 2 years ago. We were told "Dr. Carlyle" was taking over upon his retirement. Well, I have yet to meet anyone named Dr. Carlyle and each time a member of our family has gone to get dental care, there has been a revolving door of staff. Today, my son had an appointment at 1545. I called the office to say we may be a couple of minutes late, but were on the way. The completely unprofessional employee, Kelly, who answered the phone, told me if I wasn't there in 4 minutes they were going to cancel. It was 1537. The appointment wasnt for 8 more minutes. So, they were going to cancel the appointment when we weren't even late? If ever I needed a reason to switch, she made it very clear, in my opinion, that Bear Town Dental does not value their patients and does not have a welcoming home town feel. My family and I will not be returning to this office.
