Today I received the best deep tissue massage that I’ve ever had. Casey was my masseuse. She focused on everything that I need to have done and she was very thorough and made sure that all my expectations were met. This is a hidden little gem downtown in New Bern. I will definitely Be going back on a regular basis for massages from her. Great work!!!
Kasey is absolutely amazing! I was nervous going for my first massage due to the nature of not knowing what to expect and what the results would be afterward. I have suffered from piriformis syndrome for years and have had a lumbar back surgery and have anterior pelvic tilt from where the muscles have tightened on one side over the years to rotate my hip forward. Kasey made me feel so comfortable and talked to me the entire time. She also informed me of multiple ways to help my muscles at home. Was able to get an appointment on short notice. Dedicated parking in parking lot in back of building. Very convenient. Kasey gave me a great massage and is knowledgeable working different areas where I had issues. Would definitely be a repeat customer!
