Wonderful gentle class by Denny. Her calm vibe and depth of experience are clear. She played soothing music and I could hear her guidance clearly in a very full class. Love the essential oil infused cool wet cloth at the end. Feel great. Relaxed and grounded. Will definitely be back!

I am visiting OBX for a few weeks and wanted to (finally) continue my yoga practice after a year long hiatus. So far I’ve attended three classes with three different instructors and everything about all of them, the studio vibe and kindness is incredible. I am going to be so bummed to leave. They’ve inspired me so much that I’ve started to think about becoming a yoga instructor so that I can make people feel as good. This is a wonderful place!

I have given hot yoga a try. I love the infrared sauna and I just did a massage with Stephen. I highly recommend all of them. Great gift option. Follow on Instagram because they run some good specials.
