I have a warranty on my HP Computer. It wasn't working so I got in touch with my All State Insurance for Computers, which I bought at Walmart when I purchased my computer. They told me to pack it up and send it to upstate NY for repairs. I did. It was returned saying it was repaired and in good shape. It wasn't. It was returned to me in the same shape I sent it. All State gave me an option to send it again or bring it to a local Computer Repair Shop. I brought it The Computer Workshop and Jack Hodges repaired it right away. He did an awesome job. We took a printer that was jamming and Jack at The Computer Workshop quickly assessed the problem and had the printer working again. Great customer service and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend The Computer Workshop!
Went down today having an issue with my iPhone. What a great guy to deal with. He is everything I read about in reviews before I went in.
