With a family of six, living on a single income, we were concerned about the cost of our first home. However, Smoky Mountain Construction managed to build a beautiful custom home that perfectly matched our vision, all within our strict budget. Nathan was heavily involved in the process and his attention to detail immediately put us at ease. He was extremely patient and guided us in the right direction through the entire process. Building a new home during a pandemic was a challenge and took longer than any of us would have liked, yet Smoky Mountain Construction was up to the challenge. I can not say enough about this wonderful home builder and highly recommend them. Communication was top notch and the quality of our home is second to none! I’m the daughter and granddaughter of home builders, am a REALTOR®, and have also built several homes for myself, so I’ve got experience in home building. I checked references and am extremely happy we chose Smoky Mountain Construction to build our new home. We love it!
