The customer service was amazing. My acrylics were exactly what I asked for. The only issue is that I have a pretty bad infection after my pedicure. I would say they could go a little easier on the digging for ingrown toenails because I started to bleed on the toe that is now pretty badly infected. I can’t say the infection was particularly from them since I didn’t come home and immediately clean it (didn’t really think much of it until that night when it started to swell and then pus the next day)

Wonderful customer service, great care, good communication, best pedicure I’ve received in a long time. I’ve been multiple times already and will continue to recommend NC Nails.

Absolutely amazing. I am very picky with the salons I choose because I have a unique style of nails, but I decided to try this salon earlier today. Customer service was amazing from most of the employees. The other customers were very friendly and talkative, which made the time go by quickly. The nice lady that did my nails did an amazing job and definitely took her time to get them the way I like them. She made conversation and we shared many laughs together. The only thing I must say is, I would not recommend this salon if you’re impatient. They make sure to take their time and get it right. Great prices, great quality and great service.
