VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! Jarvis was very professional and properly diagnosed the problem. The company does NOT itemize the bill. The job required for our water heater to be replaced. The sticker price on the water heater was $489. The cost for removing and replacing the water heater, PLUS $75 to come out plus additional 4% for using a credit card. The total cost was $1,566.24!!! I find that to be OUTRAGES! I miss the days of fair pricing which includes itemizing so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Exceptional service! This was my first time using their services, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Nathen was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the available options. He went above and beyond to make my challenging sink fit just right. Nothing but positive feedback from the intial call to schedule service to the finished inspection. Christina (forgive me if not spelled correctly) was very professional from answering the first time we called and also providing prompt call backs when needing to leave a message.
John, our service tech arrived in the time frame provided for our appointment, and provided nothing but professional and respectful service. He met and exceded our expectations simply by being extremely personable as well as professional.
