The week before Christmas our neighbors had a tree limb fall and tear our power lines down and in that process it tore our meter off the pole. Duke energy was so nice to NOT inform of us this and once we found out we were told it was because they were doing routine inspections on meters in our area due to the hurricane and customer complaints of high power bills and they found our meter to be dangling and removed meter. Two and a half years after first using Carroll’s Mountainside Electric, we had need of their services again.Doug and another gentleman arrived on time and had our issues resolved quickly. Questions we had were answered and recommendations made.Their employees are friendly and professional. We will always call Carroll’s for any future issues.
