Called A&A when our split quit heating. They sent a technician out the same day. Turned out our 15year old was shot. Got a very reasonable quote from Trent at A&A for a replacement system and within a few days the new system was installed. Jaylen and Mica arrived on the promised time. They were very professional and courteous. Our new system was installed I no time. I cannot recommend A&A highly enough. If you need HVAC work, call these people. You won’t be sorry!!
I had an issue with my older Air Handler. I talked to Buster on a Sunday & he was willing to come out but, I waited to Monday. I talked to Buster & Trent on the phone & they were very helpful. Cheeerie the Secretary, went out of her way to help me with a Credit card issue that I created. She is very Pleasant & Helpful. Technician Brian came out & diagnosed the bad coil. After receiving the shipped coil, Brian returned & installed it. Brian was Pleasant, Knowledgeable, & was willing to answer my Questions. Brian is a Genuine good Guy. In this Day & age where people can have an attitude & not be so nice, it was A PLEASURE to work with the A&A People. Brad, Murphy, NC
