We originally had another company coming but they kept canceling for days. So we decided to try Odom Air. Called them this morning for our drain clog in the ac unit and they came within a few hours. Super helpful! Fixed the issue and helped with ways to prevent future backups. Definitely would recommend!
Great experience, our air went out being new to the area a neighbor had said they used them before and gave me the number. Voicemail said best way to reach them was via text, I sent text with a couple of pictures or our a/c unit thinking this would help. Response was almost right away. They came out first thing this morning, Repaired unit in no time and also gave us some advice and tips on our a/c
