Six stars honestly! I had an outside faucet bust on me on a freezing night. I start calling every plumber that showed they were open. Johnson’s was quick to answer and the first willing to work me in the next day. They showed up on time and the work was completed quickly and without fuss. The best part was the banter back and forth between this husband and wife duo!

The hot water in our house was only getting mildly warm, and on a Friday with two young children we needed hot water fast before the weekend. I called 6 plumbers that day, and Robert was the only one that both returned my call and could fit me in same-day. He and his wife Linda came to my house right away, spent the proper time tracing down the exact cause of the issue while explaining everything to me, and charged a very reasonable amount for the quick same-day service. They were absolutely charming, and will definitely be my go-to plumbing call. He said his son is handling a lot of the business now too, thankful to know we will hopefully have a great plumber to call...read full review

Having them service my home and my clients homes for years, I cannot say enough nice things about their EVERYTHING! Adorable couple, takes pride in their work and customer service, knowledgeable and always shows up to address any problems.
