Their inspectors are known for being professional, friendly, and accommodating of clients' schedules and needs. They take the time to answer questions and are highly knowledgeable in their field. John and Gunner did an inspection on a home we are under contract for and a pre-list inspection on the home we are selling in consecutive days. The company as well as John and Gunner were both extremely responsive and professional and followed up when they said they would. Hard to find these days. John Burke & Trevor Woody, with Beacon Property Inspections, have been my preferred home inspectors for over 10 years.
