Trace paved our church parking lot. They did an excellent job and helped us with through some unexpected problems. They are one of those great contractors that when a problem presents, suggest solutions and help with the resolution. They were responsive and professional from the owner through the foreman down to all the individual laborers. Can't recommend them enough.
Trace and Company yesterday finished digging up, and repaving 23 of the driveways in our subdivision and I must say we couldn't be happier. Everything they did was professional and high quality. They did the demo and prep work right before the hurricane hit, and came this past Monday to do the paving. They could have just started paving over their previous work, but because of the storm, they first made sure all driveways were re-prepped before paving. I have nothing but good things to say about Trace and Company. We hired them to repair and pave our private neighborhood road. Hunter Hall gave us an estimate last Fall. He is very knowledgable, answers all questions, and shows up when he says he will. He is easy to work with and a great communicator.
The entire crew is very professional and courteous and they do excellent work! The road was in bad shape with potholes and cracking. It had to be completely torn out and regraded in some areas, built up in others. This crew really knows what they are doing and we love our new road!
