To attempt to make a long story short… an accident from a body shop led to my vehicle overheating on the drive home. Turned out they never refilled the coolant after they removed the radiator while repairing damage to the front end. This was on a Sunday. I left the vehicle parked at Josh’s shop and left him a voicemail and text. Josh responded first thing Monday and has been instrumental in making sure I’ve been taken care of. He performed compression testing of the cylinders and checked for proper pressure and leaks in the radiator. I have a 1998 Silverado, Josh has been the only mechanic that has touch this truck for 10 yrs. I have never had an issue with service in those yrs. He will stop and help anyone that walks in his shop, small or large to figure out what would need to be done to fix the problem, I will be taking my 2018 Wrangler there also if it needs to be worked on.
