I would like to take this time to Thank Chris from the Corporate Office when i tell you he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was treated fair. I had a ugly situation that occurred with me with East Coast Beddings but Chris & even the ladies at Mt. Olive Branch took very good care of me they showed EMPATHY everytime I had to call the Mt Olive,NC Time Financing Office to discuss anything regarding my account with them during the duration of my wait for a replacement of new furniture from East Coast Beddings ...Chris communicated EFFECTIVELY with so much compassion and deep concern to make sure I was treated RIGHT!!
