By far the best experience with an Exterminator! Lee services our house and is always very polite, considerate, and professional. I feel like he values our time and I feel like the service he provides is a definite value! Give them and opportunity, you will not be dissapointed!
First of all, the Customer Service is great. Lee was the person I spoke with on the phone and he was so kind and helpful..Then Josh Stancil was the person who came to my home to investigate a termite situation. He was very honest, didn't want to rip me off by offering products I didn't need (which is unheard of with some of the other larger companies), not to mention knowledgeable and they are reasonably priced. They will be doing my home inspections from here on Out every 6 months. Can't say enough great things about him! Thanks Josh!
Definitely great service provided overall. Josh came out two times and there is overall a huge difference noted. Definitely worth the money spent and the service was quick and fast without us having to leave home. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable about the agency and service.
