Chad did an excellent job installing two ceiling fans, dining room chandelier and two dimmer switches. He also repaired some soffit damage. He is very professional, efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to call him for any future needs.

Chad is prompt with communication and quotes, ON TIME when he does a job for you, and he actually does what he says he will do- using appropriate parts, no shortcuts, and usually coming out under budget! I cannot tell you how comforting it is to have found this community member who is trustworthy, understanding and flexible, and fun! Hiring him again is a definite YES!

Chad took care of several projects for us: replaced three ceiling light fixtures, repaired a bifold door that had come off the tracks and broken, and fixed our dishwasher that was falling out of the cabinet whenever we used it. We have lined him up to come out to do more things as well. Very professional, pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and courteous. Cleaned up nicely after himself as well. We are very pleased and look forward to him coming back to tackle more projects!
