Chad took care of several projects for us: replaced three ceiling light fixtures, repaired a bifold door that had come off the tracks and broken, and fixed our dishwasher that was falling out of the cabinet whenever we used it. We have lined him up to come out to do more things as well. Very professional, pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and courteous. Cleaned up nicely after himself as well. We are very pleased and look forward to him coming back to tackle more projects!
