August 2023During this unseasonably hot & humid summer, the KB Team responded immediately to our request to replace the original '87 Bryant HVAC Unit in our upstairs family room.Chris & Aaron quickly came by to evaluate the best Indoor/ Outdoor System for our needs. Within a few days of Kellie quoting, the guys did a super installation of a highly efficient American Standard Heat Pump that complements our main Trane Unit.We could not be more pleased & highly recommend them!You will not be disappointed.Dan & Linda T.Charlotte, NC
Bryan came out gave us reasonable quote. By Thursday our ceiling had insulation installed. A very professional group of people. If we ever need them again, we would most definitely call them back. Thank tou Bryan for making a difference in our home temperature.
My house was built in 1960 and it didn’t have much insulation in the attic at all. I had KB insulation come out and add insulation to my attic. Today is July 4, 2020. It is 93°F outside and the ceiling in my kitchen is 70.5°FI have lived here for 18 years and this is the first time it is not 80° in my house on a 93° day.Pat and Chris were very kind, knowledgeable and Professional about their work.All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!
