I highly recommend Terry Gortney. He managed to accommodate my request for a pre-drywall inspection on very short notice. He delivered his report quickly and even scheduled a Zoom meeting with my Realtor and myself, to review the report and answer questions. He discovered several critical issues in need of correction and I am very grateful for his expertise and prompt, professional service
