I first met Donovan about 3 years ago when I contracted with him to repair a furnace unit after we suffered a lightning strike. He was very knowledgable and friendly and he fixed our unit quickly at a good price.
This year I had two separate minor issues with our HVAC unit. He was not available to visit but he very patiently talked me through both issues which enabled me to fix them and get my units running again.
Donovan is a very knowledgable, experienced and skilled HVAC technician. Moreover, he is a wonderful person of high character and ethics and I highly recommend his services in this field.
I've known Donnie for over a quarter Century and he's not just an outstanding HVAC technician, he's a decent man and an asset to the community. It might take time for him to get to you because of demands upon his work schedule, but he's a one man business and that makes it hard to be everywhere at once. He's trustworthy and that puts him head and shoulders above some of his marketplace competition. His pricing is VERY fair, which is why he stays so busy.Services: HVAC system repair
This man is amazing! Service is great & he is honest and doesn't try to rip you off. During a time when he was not working and should not have even been talking to customers, this man took the time not only to return my call but knew what was wrong with my unit based on my description and the man literally walked me thru the fix on the phone!! And no charge! Your typical Heating and Air company won't do that! Country lane loves u Donovan!
