These people are great! We had our AC go out with 11 visitors in the house and they were able to send out a technician within an hour! Grayson showed up and was just as friendly and helpful as the office staff, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up and running after just 2 hrs. They really saved the day.

Wallace, and Dunn has been extremly helpful, their courteous, promt in their service, and communication, knowledgeable, and helped me fix both an old ac unit, and furnace, that "the parts" aren't easy to find.

Very quick response, even when it is late at night. The tech that came out was very friendly and knew what he was doing and he didn't waist anytime and try to play games (As some of these other companies in this area do.).
