We built a new condo in Mt Airy, NC and was looking for someone to do the window treatment. We contacted Erin at The WinDoor Company. Erin met with us, showed us several different options. We selected Plantation Shutters and have been extremely satisfied with the shutters and the installation. I recently purchased shades for my new sunroom and front door center window, and I could not be any more pleased with the outcome! Erin was great to work with! She worked with my schedule, so she could be available when I was off work to come to my house and bring samples, books, and a lot of knowledge and recommendations to help me pick exactly what I needed and wanted. She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when I had questions. When Chad and Erin installed the shades, they made sure everything was perfect- even the speed of the shades when they rolled up. We contract with WinDoor window treatments, MT. Airy NC. They did a great job finding window treatments for our odd shaped window. WinDoor installed them in an efficient manner. We are well pleased with the end results. The cost was modest. Great company.
